Common questions
Purchase did not unlock
Use the same Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases in the app. If it still fails, include your device model, iOS version, and purchase date.
Photos or Camera access
Open iOS Settings, choose idol Photocard Scrapbook, and enable Photos or Camera access.
Delete local content
Delete cards, stickers, or albums in the app. Uninstalling the app removes unbacked-up local content.
